I am Rae Zhang immigrated from Northern China to US. In 1994 founded an Import/Export company from scratch and have been managed the business for nearly 20 years. I import and wholesale commodities from China to the entire American continent including various US colonies and across North and South America with a maximum annual turnover of nearly 10 million US dollars. I decided to get into real estate in 2008 and bought several properties, that I continue to manage today.
In late 2016, I successfully obtained my California real estate agent license and joined Re/Max, using my experiences to serve home sellers & buyers. I was even more fortunate to be awarded the Platinum Club by Re/Max International and also recognized 10 Best Real Estate Agents by American Institute of Real Estate Agents in the first year of my real estate career. But what I really take out of my career are the invaluable trade insights and relationships I make. During my 25 years of living in the United States, I have experienced the economic boom of the United States and an equally terrifying crisis. Hardship and understanding the dynamics of the economy have cultivated my ability to grasp complex situations, and I am very confident to protect you in the complex trading process to ensure your best interests. As much as I am passionate about my work, I like to think that I am passing off the baton to better hands. With every person I meet, I get the chance to hear stories of where they come from.
