I strongly recommend Rae to everyone who wants to buy/sell their property. Rae is expertizing in the LA area, she knows all the pros/cons of each city, each property, and she knows what's the most reasonable price for both buy and sell. She is very friendly to all clients, easily communicable, and she responds to everything in a quick manner. I bought my home with Rae two years ago in the great school district, I was no competitive since my downpayment was small, however, Rae magically helped us to get the offer accepted, which was a huge favor to my whole family. Sadly, we had to move out of state two years later. Rae helped us again, the market was not as hot as before, with her help, we did some small renovation, I still remember Rae called all her friends near 10pm to ask the quote, we were so grateful.
